I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska where I met my husband,
Ben. We met our senior year of high school at a cross-country meet. We started dating during the summer of 2007, after which I followed him all the way down to Luther College in Decorah, Iowa
our sophomore year. We recently got married on July 1, 2011, and we now
live in the small town of Stewartville, Minnesota. I currently work in
the nearby city of Rochester as a clinical laboratory scientist in the
Virology/Parasitology lab at Mayo Clinic.
We are both obsessed with the Detroit Tigers, and we try to catch a game whenever they play in Minnesota!
